Russell Patterson makes the smartmove

smarthomes are thrilled to announce that leading local property expert Russell Patterson has been appointed as Sales Director for the Solihull area.

Russell joins the award-wining estate agent, with branches in Shirley and Dickens Heath, at an exciting time. Following the company’s massive success in their core areas of Shirley, Dickens Heath, Hollywood, Wythall, Hall Green and Acocks Green, smarthomes are now expanding their portfolio to include Solihull.

Russell started his property career 23 years ago at General Accident Property Services in Sutton Coldfield, where he worked with Jamie Smart, now Director of smarthomes. He then focused on the Solihull property market at General Accident Property Services, before being employed by Melvyn Danes for 5 years, followed by Hunters for 12 years, as Senior Branch Manager.

Jamie Smart commented “All our staff have either been with us pretty much from the beginning when I founded the company in 1998 or have been head-hunted for their skills and positive attitude. I first worked with Russell in the ‘90’s and we have stayed in touch ever since. He’s hugely experienced, well regarded and will be a real asset to our team and in driving forwards the future of smarthomes.”
