And the lucky winner is…

On Sunday 18^th November we hosted our first ever smarthomes family fun day where we revealed the lucky winner of our brand-new car give-away…

Ian Partridge was handed the keys to a new Dacia Sandero after being entered into the competition by us, as his property sale completed within the deadline. He was left slightly speechless after winning this amazing prize – it’s not every day someone gets given a car! 

Everyone else had a great time too, and there was a fantastic turn-out to the event. Local families enjoyed a hog roast, lots of great family entertainment and games, all topped off by an amazing firework display. Check out our facebook page for photos from the day.

In addition, we also raised over £130 for local charity SoLO who work with children and adults in the Solihull area with learning difficulties. For children they offer a range of musical, cooking, arts and crafts, and sporting activities, whilst for adults they host social events and run independent living programmes.
