Whilst viewing numbers were down compared to last year activity sales and instructions remain at good levels.

We are currently eight sales up on the same time last year and forty two instructions up. To put this into perspective on average we agree eighteen sales per week so given what the media would have you believe we are pleasantly surprised with these figures.

The market is presenting different challenges in particular supporting these sales through to completion, however collectively we have the most experienced staff within the industry locally, it is a case of quickly evolving and changing in line with the market conditions.

The USP’s that we hold between the thirty two staff, being open seven days a week and having a designated sales progression team supports us above our competition ensuring we remain the strongest agent within our area.

It’s been a busy few weeks for Brookvale & Smart New Homes even with holiday season in full swing, in addition to a number of exchanges for new homes we have had a record month of instruction for development opportunities a real mixed bag of sites with and without planning.

We also have the added bonus of the next “Circle” networking event, which was a great success and will be hosting another later in the year.
