With Summer now in full swing, we wanted to share our teams’ incredible successes this month, despite the challenges to sales posed by the recent election.

SMART HOMES: ANOTHER GREAT MONTH FOR THE RESIDENTIAL SALES TEAM

Despite the uncertainty brought about by the recent election season, our Smart Homes residential sales team had another successful month. Understandably, some clients were hesitant and took a wait-and-see approach during this period. Nevertheless, we managed to secure 19 sales during election week.

Once the election results were announced, there was a significant uptake in activity. Many of the clients who had received valuations from us quickly moved forward, resulting in 27 new instructions within just 24 hours!
