Land and New Homes – New Offices

March was an exciting month for the Land and New homes team we opened our new shop front offices on the corner of Union Road and Stratford Road, Shirley. A big thank you to the amazing team at Transform for their fit out of the new offices, Blackcountry bespoke for the handmade furniture and Bakerward for the new signage. We are well and truly settled and open 6 days a week for clients, developers and land owners so please call the team and book an appointment.

New homes also had a great month of sales and we are now nearly 50% reserved off plan at the Imperial House site which launched in January and with just one plot available on Broadoaks we are looking forward to completing on the last few apartments and moving onto new developments. Coming Soon is a new build scheme in Kings Norton.
