A ROYAL FAREWELL

Time to say Goodbye…..

The prestigious Princes Gate development designed and built by Elevate Property Group is now sold out. The award winning smarthomes Land & New Homes Department have enjoyed selling these beautiful apartments and forged some great friendships with the residents here, but all good things must  come to an end and now it’s time to move on…….

Royal House was a mixture of studios, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments. The development was launched in November 2019 and in just twelve months all of the 70 stunning apartments have been snapped up. We are now looking ahead to Phase 3, this will be the final finishing touch to the development. A further mixture of 60 apartments are planned to be built in 2021.

HERONS VIEW
Conception – Completion

Wow what a journey, smarthomes Land &   have been there from day one, before a spade went in the ground we have been working alongside the developer, from planning approval to the last completion.

This beautiful development just on the outskirts of Shirley was designed and built by Kingslea MIA, this was the first of many forthcoming ventures and what a success it was. Land & New Homes started selling off plan in March 2019, with many clients needing to sell their existing property to make the move.

We were able to assist in the sale of their property through our award winning office in Shirley and this meant that the plot was held for the client whilst their property was marketed and sold, giving the clients the reassurance that they would not miss out on their dream home and ensured they received the best price for their property.

Even during the first lockdown of the year the construction team worked within the government guidelines to get the homes finished and ready for the new occupiers, as lockdown was eased we started to move the clients into their beautiful new homes and they were able to enjoy the last of the summer in their beautifully designed gardens with their neighbours.

Herons view residents have become their own little community and spent many an hour self-distance socialising outside their new homes.

Last but not least our final purchaser completed last week and is now enjoying her new Kingslea MIA property, what’s next ? Watch this space for their new development which will be marketed through smarthomes very soon.

Harewoods first venture

Studley Development – Harewood Estates first development.

A brand-new development is off to a flying start…with Award Winning site manager Rob Ellis taking the reins. With many NHBC awards which were won in 2006, 2008, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2020.

Rob’s passion for New Builds and building large volume developments has now brought him to Harewood Estates where he can bring his expertise along with his smile to the team.

Just 2 days in and the grounds are complete ready for the next phase of the build. The team of Ground workers on site are headed up by Patrick Colins and are in great spirits as you can see from the pictures. Rhys Penrose and Carl Hancocks (Digger) have done a superb job of the ground works!!
