A fantastic week team.  I’m really pleased with your superb efforts and thank you so much for the extra hours that everyone is putting in.  As of today we have the largest pipeline of sales smarthomes have ever recorded during our 20 years of trading, another great reason to celebrate our 20^th anniversary.

As I write this bulletin on Tuesday we already have 9 sales agreed and 7 new instructions for the week with more offers pending and further new instructions booked in our diary. Russell Paterson and Nicola Papagerogio  have already engrained themselves into the team and we are now heading towards the final parts of the jigsaw. Lettings are flying too, reporting 5 new instructions and 6 applications received over the last 10 days.
