smarthomes Bulletin 16/10/18

It is very apparent that Autumn is upon us, but the wet weather doesn’t seem to have dampened the buyers spirits with 17 sales being agreed over the last 10 days!! 

A fantastic 16 new instructions can be seen in the surrounding pages this week which will definitely mean a strong sales finish to the month! 

Lettings have also topped the charts on instructions listing a wonderful 10 new lets and have taken application fees on 18 properties!  Well done team!  Great results from all of you!

More rewarding however is being able to announce that smarthomes have won a record breaking 13 awards at this years’ allagents.co.uk awards, including Best Sales Branch 2018 for the whole of the UK!!  To say that we are proud is an understatement and I just want to thank all the clients who have taken the time to leave us a review.  This huge achievement is because of all of you!
