A great 10 days for the sales team reporting 17 sales agreed and instructing 27 new properties to sell. 

Lettings have had a good week too reporting 7 applications and 5 new instructions.

In the month of September we have completed on over 30 sales transactions resulting in over 30 happy buyers moving into their new homes.  We look forward to another productive month in October. Well done team smart.
