smarthomes Bulletin 3/07/18

It is usual that Estate Agent’s complain of a slow down in the market leading up to the Summer period, but I am happy to announce that smarthomes are certainly bucking the trend.

With ten sales agreed last week and a further five agreed already this week!  Instruction numbers are strong too with 18 properties coming to the market over the last ten days. Well done team!

Lettings have had an unbelievable month with 28 people moving into their new homes in June, and with 10 new instructions and eleven lets for this week, it’s been a brilliant result for the team!  

smarthomes have been very busy over the last few weeks, employing some new superb staff, growing our business in new area’s and most recently, launching our brand new website!  Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to ensure smarthomes remains the area’s number one agent!
