July was a great month for the New Homes team!  New member of staff and a brand new development of houses!

This month we welcomed a new member of staff Rory Powell who has joined our team on an apprenticeship scheme as a trainee sales advisor.  Rory comes from a hospitality background and brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team.   Rory has already blocked booked our sales teams diaries this month and already made his own sale!  We are thrilled to have him on board.

New to market is our brand-new development at Truemans Heath Lane, Wythall

We welcomed more new homeowners into their new apartments at phase one of this development this month, all first-time buyers who have used our in house mortgage service and help to buy scheme.   We are down to our last two apartments on phase one so hurry as these will soon be gone!

Our recent leaflet campaign that was distributed within the local area of Sir Robert Peel Court attracted new buyers who came to view the show apartment last month where we achieved 5 sales with 4 more bubbling!  We still have a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments available, these apartments are finished to a high specification and our show apartment is viewable by appointment.

Loxley Court, Hall Green
Another sale at Loxley Court, a development in Hall Green that has 4 apartments left available.  All two bedroom apartments with prices starting from £230,000 and available with the Help to buy scheme.
