‘Why rent when you can buy’ was social media campaign we ran to show buyers that it could be cheaper to buy than rent! 

Young Laura and Ryan initially viewed Broadoaks through our letting department looking at renting a one bed, they saw the campaign on social media decided to look at the option of buying instead.  Putting them in touch with our in-house mortgage advisor Louise Lewis meant they were qualified and surprisingly eligible to purchase their first property. Last week we moved Laura and Ryan into their first home together at the Broadoaks development.
