We were instructed to help with the remaining sales of the last blocks of apartments on this very popular development, it is now coming to an end with just a few plots left and the show home now reserved. Many clients are looking forward to moving into their brand new apartment ready for the summer.

With the continued success at Broadoaks we can happily announce we are now 70% sold on phase one, still a number of studio, one and two beds available to purchase either as a first time buyer or an investor. We have successfully sold a local business in Shirley, Vi Stevens Florist within the first week of us putting it one the market (SSTC). Instructed on a commercial/leisure development which would be a great opportunity for alternative use/mixed development. Working in conjunction with a National Care Home operation to purchase a former public house from the Marston’s group which has now gone to the legal stage.

One thing we are extremely proud of is our noose for recognising opportunities and understanding the approach. By doing this we have now obtained a site of 9 acres that we are working with a large construction company to look at converting a large run down shopping development to affordable housing.
