smarthomes NEW HOMES bulletin – Nov/Dec

2021 has been a brilliant year for the New Homes team and we are extremely looking forward to what we have in store for 2022!

We welcomed Adele Hemming to our team in February 2021 who joined as our Marketing Manager and has been an asset to the team by bringing fresh new ideas and working hard behind the scenes on some big projects that are due to flourish in the New Year.

Rory Powell joined as our New Homes Trainee Sales Advisor in June 2021 and is a valuable member of the team.  Rory goes above and beyond when it comes to working with our developers and brings such positive energy when dealing with new and existing clients.

We have worked with some amazing Developers throughout the year and had some fantastic developments that have sold out within less than two weeks from going on the market with us.

Our team have achieved over a 100 sales since we changed to New Homes in February across more than 12 developments with several buyers having to sell their existing property, so with the help of our local residential team we marketed and sold their properties in record time.  The New Homes and local residential sales teams work together on many developments providing a great team effort and service for our clients.

With the proven success of our work culture our team has grown, and we have welcomed Rebecca Doble who joined the team in November 2021 to embark on launching our new brand The Portfolio Collection.  The Portfolio Collection is a specialist division within the Smarthomes group committed to the sales and marketing of exclusive, luxurious, elegant and unique properties.   A service that the smarthomes group has identified as being the next steppingstone in evolving the business.

Our New Homes team gained recognition by being shortlisted for Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year at the Negotiator Awards 2021.  A fantastic event that was held in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel that the whole team thoroughly enjoyed!
