smarthomes SALES bulletin: February

Well what a fantastic result for the sales team this month reporting an amazing 87 sales, 63 new instructions and a superb 46 completions for the month of February an increase compared to this time last year.

As we await the news of the stamp duty holiday the enquiries have seemed slightly quieter the last couple of weeks however, the quality has been excellent and this has not stopped the sales team as they have continued manufacturing business and gaining some great new instructions some of which have come from vendors disappointed with their previous selling agent. This month we welcomed Craig Simmonds our new Solihull Director. Craig has joined us having worked as a Sales Director from another local estate agent and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.
