smarthomes SALES bulletin – September

What a fantastic month for the sales team agreeing 89 sales and bringing 65 new properties to the market throughout September.

The announcement of the stamp duty holiday July 2021 saw a dramatic rise in people looking to make the move to a new home and whilst we had an increase in the number of people looking to sell their home the demand for new buyers looking to purchase a property most definatly outweighed the number of properties coming on to the market.  During the stamp duty holiday smarthomes completed on a huge 889 property sales within the local area, a substantial increase on the level of completions that took place with us throughout 2019.
