Once we have agreed a convenient time with you, we will talk you through just how easy it is. All you’ll need is access to a smartphone so we can view your property through your phone’s camera.

If you are happy to proceed we can start marketing your property straight away – we might not have full floor plans but we can advise you on taking the best photos and we can get ahead of the game.

We will only book viewings when both you and any potential viewers are happy to do this.

We’re still conducting normal valuations for those customers who prefer this – we are just ensuring that we follow the latest guidelines on hygiene and social distancing, as the wellbeing of both our staff and our customers is our highest priority.

We will also provide detailed help and guidance on getting your photography and sales particulars created to ensure we can start marketing your property immediately – in these unprecedented times it will enable us to ensure your property is promoted to the widest possible audience.
