It’s been another amazing two weeks for our sales team… 17 sales agreed with several more offers still being negotiated and 21 new instructions coming to the market!

Russell Patterson has certainly made his mark on the Solihull market and we would like to take this opportunity to welcome him to the team.  Russell brings with him an excellent reputation for customer service and we are delighted to have him working with us.

The lettings team have again had another strong week with six new instructions and seven applications!  Our lettings portfolio has increased noticeably over the last six months and so, we are proud to announce that we have yet again added to our lettings team.  Laura Bowen has been working with us for the last eight weeks and has proved herself to be a real asset to the team.  Welcome Laura!
