The weather may be wet and windy but there is nothing damp about the spirits of the smarthomes team

The sales team instructed a massive 23 new properties to the market and agreed an impressive 15 sales last week, and with a diary full of appointments this week looks set to be another winning week!
 
The lettings team have been very busy also, with seven new instructions and 9 new applications being agreed. Well done team!  New Homes has also had an incredibly busy week, selling the first apartments at the newly instructed Princes Gate development.  Fantastic result ladies!
