smarthomes Bulletin 15/08/18

Well, we are half way through the summer holiday period and over the last 3 weeks there has been no sign of any slow down here at smarthomes. 

smarthomes reported a huge 35 sales being agreed and instructing 31 new properties to sell within the local area.  Our Lettings department have also reported a fantastic 3 weeks with 21 new instructions and 24 applications.  A HUGE well done to all the team.
