So the first month of 2021 is over and the smarthomes team have gone above and beyond as always.

We have worked hard to ensure that we are working compliantly and effectively during lockdown ensuring the relevant PPE is in operation whilst carrying our external appointments as well as in our offices.
I am amazed that there are still some agents in the Solihull area that are not operating compliantly in relation to PPE but we will continue to ensure our clients, staff and families are protected.

A truly wonderful result for smarthomes agreeing 76 sales for the month and instructing 48new properties to sell, our 5 dedicated contract chasers have worked tirelessly in extremely stressful times for home movers facilitating 50 completions in January.

The Lettings team again has remained extremely buoyant with a lot of tenants re-evaluating their living choices with 21 move-ins for the month of January.
