smarthomes SALES bulletin – April

Did you know the smarthomes team have completed on a property sale every 92 minutes*? Well after another fantastic month, this does not surprise me.

The figures for April are in and the team have proven again why we are the number 1 estate agent in the area reporting 98 sales, 81 new instructions and exchanging on 47 property transactions.  I have never known the market so busy over the 32 years I have worked in the industry.

Not only this month have we celebrated superb increased figures compared to the same time last year but we have also celebrated the promotion of three members of the team; Nicola has worked tremendously hard since joining us 2 1/2 years ago and is now a Senior Sales Negotiator and Tom Smart & Adam Cox our born sales men who have been with us now for around 6 months have been promoted to Sales Advisors.  Our continued training really is proving a success.
