smarthomes SALES bulletin – March

Well, what a phenomenal 1st quarter of 2021. We have agreed 284 sales, carried out 671valuations, instructed 213 properties to sell and completed on 197 property sales so far this year.  

With the announcement of the stamp duty holiday being extended again until the end of June 2021 I wouldn’t be at all surprised if we see similar figures for the 2nd quarter of 2021 too. This year is shaping up to be one of smarthomes busiest and best yet, if not the the best in the 23 years of business.

These results are down to a team of 42 staff working tirelessly 7 days a week to achieve the very best results for our vendors as well as us constantly reviewing our service and marketing to ensure we retain the number 1 agent in the Shirley and immediate area.
