smarthomes SALES bulletin – May

May has been another phenomenal month for the smarthomes team and the market is proving to be going from strength to strength with 82 sales agreed, 60 new instructions and 68 house completions for the month.

Demand has maintained its strength and on many occasions we are receiving multiple offers at and above the asking price. However, there is noticeable concern from potential vendors that they may not find their ideal home and it is always difficult to decide which should come first, to find or to sell.

We are advising vendors with these concerns that if they have made the decision to move, we are happy to carry out all of the preparation for the marketing of the property in relation to photography, videography, energy performance certificate and floor-plans without going live to the open market at no cost whatsoever.

This allows our clients to actively search for properties without the added pressure of having a buyer in place, of course, whilst this still means that they are not in a proceedable position, it does mean that with the press of a button we are able to market their property live on all the main property portals and match their home on our database with proceedable buyers, this is proving to be slightly less stressful for some potential vendors.
