Well what a year, 2021 like most companies has brought new challenges, we have adapted, diversified, listened to our clients concerns and needs and pushed forward at each milestone through the year.

All departments Lettings, Sales, Newhomes, Land and Commercial have all seen record breaking figures and productivity.
I am so proud of what the team have achieved, we have grown together, progressed with personal development and established the brand even stronger.

Through a turbulent year we have been recognised by allagents.co.uk as the Best Agent in Solihull, Shirley and the Midlands and received industry Accolades for New Homes, Sales and Lettings.
I believe 2022 will bring its own challenges and the last 2 years has shown us that it is almost impossible to forecast so, is all we can do is prepare and ensure that the whole of our business and team are positioned for the challenges that lie ahead.

We have some very exciting changes for the new year both as a company and future developments which we look forward to sharing with our customers.
