However, 2022 sees a more streamlined smarthomes taking shape as we have decided to focus exclusively on selling properties and land, and so we have completed an acquisition of our lettings division to John Shepherd.

The smarthomes’ lettings team have been crucial to our success over the years and so it was vitally important to us that we found our staff a good new home. John Shepherd are one of the market leaders in the property industry and have taken over our existing rental portfolio, along with all of our staff. We know that our lettings customers will be well looked after by their existing contacts and will benefit from the solid infrastructure that John Shepherd provides.

This allows smarthomes to focus exclusively on sales, as well as our new homes division and land & commercial portfolio. We’ve won many Allagents.co.uk Gold Awards for our sales service, including best Estate Agent in the Midlands; and have won the prestigious Gold Award for Best Overall Agent in Solihull for our New Homes division.
