Warren Matthews reunites with former colleagues at smarthomes…

In order to offer the very best customer service, we have to employ the very best staff. We proactively seek out and employ hard-working, skilled, and dedicated property professionals. And our latest recruit is local property professional Warren Matthews.

Warren may be our newest member of the team, but he is one of the most experienced. Warren is well known and respected throughout Solihull and the surrounding area for his knowledge and insight in the local property market. Warren was one of the partners responsible for setting up Shakespeare’s Estate Agency which achieved incredible success in the local area.

Warren’s move to smarthomes reunites him with his former colleagues Jamie Smart, director of smarthomes, and Simon Cable, Head of Land and Commercial. Warren, Jamie and Simon all worked together at the Acocks Green branch of Dixons estate agency 30 years ago, so they are all delighted to be back together again! While each of them followed different career paths over the years, they have always stayed in touch, and respected each other’s successes.

Warren has joined smarthomes’ dedicated Land and Commercial Division, working alongside Simon Cable. Warren and Simon specialise in working with local independent businesses who need advice and support on a range of opportunities, including selling freeholds, agreeing new leases, obtaining realistic valuations, and maximising the value of a development.
