smarthomes SALES bulletin – June

Wow… what a month!!  The stamp duty holiday certainly has kept us on our toes with a phenomenal 85 property completions that have taken place throughout the month on June; in the past 23 years of owning smarthomes I have never known a market like this.

A fantastic month on sales too with the team agreeing 76 sales this month and bringing 48 properties to market.

Over the past 12 months we have witnessed not only an increase in asking prices but in many situations we have achieved a sale over the asking price. We believe that families have re-evaluated their requirements during lockdown, hand-in-hand with historic low interest rates and the frenzy created by the initial stamp duty holiday. These are just a few of the contributing factors increasing the appetite of both buyers and sellers.
