Well, we are half way through the summer holiday period and over the last 3 weeks there has been no sign of any slow down here at smarthomes.

A huge congratulations to the team for the business agreed over the last 14 days with 15 new properties coming on to the market, 15 sales agreed and a further 11 offers pending. 

According to Knight Frank’s House Building Report 2018, the West Midlands, the South East and outer London offer the best potential for builders over the next three years. Although only 1% of builders think the Government’s target of 300,000 new homes a year by 2022 is achievable.

It is usual that Estate Agent’s complain of a slow down in the market leading up to the Summer period, but I am happy to announce that smarthomes are certainly bucking the trend.
