A recent study claimed that nearly a third of British people who haven’t yet bought a home don’t think they will ever be able to afford it unless they buy with a partner.

Over 420,000 people have bought properties with the help of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

A huge congratulations to the team for the business agreed over the last 14 days with 15 new properties coming on to the market, 15 sales agreed and a further 11 offers pending. 

According to Knight Frank’s House Building Report 2018, the West Midlands, the South East and outer London offer the best potential for builders over the next three years. Although only 1% of builders think the Government’s target of 300,000 new homes a year by 2022 is achievable.
