It is very apparent that Autumn is upon us, but the wet weather doesn’t seem to have dampened the buyers spirits with 17 sales being agreed over the last 10 days!! 

We are celebrating at smarthomes, after learning that we have won a massive seventeen awards for our services in the sales and lettings market from the UK property review website Allagents.co.uk, in their 2018 awards.

The Government has advised £1.9 billion is being invested into the housing market to ensure that 300,000 new homes can be built every year until the mid-2020s.

A great 10 days for the sales team reporting 17 sales agreed and instructing 27 new properties to sell. 

Wow, what a week… The sales team have achieved a fantastic 11 sales and 15 new instructions this week!!  Lettings have also had a very strong week with 7 applications and 6 new instructions – well done team Smart!!
